Delivery To School (PLEASE READ)

You Must:

• Provide us with the correct location your child attends if your school has multiple campuses. (Please confirm you are choosing your correct location on the dropdown BEFORE you check out.)
• Provide child(s) name in customer comments. Your order will be delivered to the school under your child’s name. 

At Checkout:

• Select "IN STORE PICK UP." Since you have the “Delivery to School” item in your cart, our staff will understand that you prefer your order delivered to your school.
• Do not select "Ship to Home." If you choose this option, an additional shipping fee will be applied to your order, which we want to avoid. 

Note About Partial Deliveries:

• Your delivery may arrive at the school in multiple shipments as we work to fulfill your order. Some items might arrive before others.
• To track the status of your order, please refer to the receipt provided in your cart (found in your shopping bag). This will indicate which items are still on order and have not yet shipped. Marked by “[X]”= Back Order 

When Your Items Arrive:

• Once your items are delivered to the school, we will notify you promptly via phone call to let you know that your order is ready for pickup at the school. Your order will be listed under your child’s name (if noted at checkout), and you may pick it up from the front office. Some schools may give the order to your child, but we do not guarantee this as it varies by school.
